- Correct. The tutor's hourly rate is the full and final price for students. idietera earns a small commission from tutors instead.
- How are tutors vetted?
- Tutors upload degrees, certificates and optional police clearance. Our team reviews every document before a profile goes live.
- What if a lesson goes wrong?
- You can open a dispute within 7 days of any charged lesson. The tutor can refund it, or our team mediates.
- Where do online lessons happen?
- In a private video room created for each lesson, linked from your dashboard 15 minutes before start. No downloads needed.
